Application Process Overview

All applicants are required to complete an online application.  The online application must be filled out in its entirety and include all necessary documents in order to be considered.  The only documents accepted via mail after completion of the online application are letters of recommendation and official transcripts because they are often provided by a 3rd party.  To ensure a smooth application experience, it is best to have all pertinent information and documents available before you begin.

Position listings are updated on Wednesday and Friday of each week.  Once a position is posted on the Internet for public applications, a position will remain open until it is filled.   The time between your application and our first contact can be as short a two days or as long a four to six weeks.  Because we are an education organization, and have many state/federal requirements to meet throughout our process, hiring can sometimes extend over a longer period of time than applicants typically expect.

Hiring for our next school year will typically begin in late winter or early spring.  This is our most active time of year to apply for open positions.  For example:  We will begin accepting applications for the 2012-13 school year beginning in February or March of 2012.

Due to the volume of applications that we receive, we are unable to contact every applicant in person.   Applicants selected for an interview will be contacted in person.  If you are not selected for an interview, you will receive an email when the position has been filled.

Required Documents (In addition to a Completed Online Application):

Basic document requirements for all positions are listed below.  Our application system only accepts attachments in the following formats: doc, docx, txt, rtf, jpg, png, tif, bmp, pdf.   The combined total of all attachments cannot exceed 4 MB.  Note: Position-specific information is found under each position description once you begin the job search and application process.
