IDM Questions
The IDM questions document is an activity that consists of a 'board' of IDM questions. The participants get to match the answers, which are on strips of paper, to the questions.

PCI Document
The PCI document is to allow a building to gather data on how a staff feels about the IDM process, Positives, Concerns and Interesting insights are gathered an can be used for future planning.

4-Box Handout
The 4-Box handout is a tool that IDM reading schools may use organization reading accuracy and fluency data for instructional groupings.

Change Implications
The Change Implications is a tool for IDM leadership teams to use to facilitate the change process.

Vision Activity (Session 1)
This was a brief activity used during session 1 to examine the degree to which teams shared a common vision about the IDM process.

Action Plan (Session 1)
This is a general action planning form made available to all IDM pilot schools. It was developed prior to, and with less detail than the IDM Action plans listed below.

Complex Change Handout (Session 1)
This is a handout addressing the process of complex change in schools. It identifies what happens when any of the critical components are missing from the equation.

Formula for Success (Session 1)
This is a second handout using the complex change format. In this example however, critical components of implementing IDM are used in the matrix instead of components of complex change. This handout was used as an activity where participants identified what the result would be when different IDM critical components were missing.

IDM Role Descriptions (Session 1)
This document describes the 5 roles that are necessary in each IDM school along with the duties associated with each role.

IDM Guiding Questions (Session 1)
This document presents the 15 IDM guiding questions superimposed over the IDM 3-tier model.

IDM Evaluation Process Handout (Session 2)
This handout describes the framework for evaluating the IDM pilot at Heartland AEA 11.

IDM Knowledge Rating Scale (Session 2)
This was an activity during the February 2006 meetings. It asks participants to identify their level of knowledge about certain IDM related concepts.

This is the Core instructional part of the IDM Action plan.

IDM 10 Questions/Steps Planning Form
