The Parent & Educator Connection (PEC) encourages and assists parents and educators as they work together to improve communication between home and school for children and young adults with special needs.

What can the PEC do for you?

Help in preparing for IEP/ IFSP meetings or someone to attend a meeting with you

Resource materials from the PEC Library

Information on:

• Conferences, workshops, or support groups
• Disability awareness/ peer sensitivity, or understanding the grieving process
• Parent/student rights and responsibilities
• Special education
• Community resources, camps, leisure activities
• Transition
