Duplication of VHS Videotapes, DVDs or CDs

Heartland's Production Department provides duplication services for schools in Area 11. You may provide the master or you may request duplication of one of Heartland's lending library items that has duplication rights. For VHS videotape duplication there is no charge if you provide the videotape. To assure compatibility, Heartland only provides DVD duplication using our DVD media. To order, please complete a Production Request Form ( 164 KB) and list the titles and video numbers you would like duplicated in the space provided or attach a separate listing. Be sure to include a purchase order number if required by your school.

Attention Mac users - pdf “forms” must be completed using Adobe Reader – do not attempt to fill out the form with Preview – if Preview opens, close the file and open it with Adobe Reader. Adobe Reader is a free download from ADOBE
