Frequently Asked Question: I cannot find my Mandatory Reporter Child and Dependent Adult Abuse certificates of completion from Heartland. How do I obtain a new one?
For a $10 fee, Heartland will provide you with two official transcripts showing your complete Professional Development history with Heartland AEA. Heartland does not provide duplicate copies of transcripts for individual classes. Please click here to view your course history in Universal Registration and verify all information. To pay online with a Visa or MasterCard, click on "Request a Transcript" at the bottom of your Enrollment History page. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, you must submit your request by mail or in person. Click here for a printable Transcript Request Form.
Important Note: The new system will have access to your records from the older system. However, when you enter our system for the first time, you will need to register. In order to access your records from the older system, be sure to use the same number (SSN or Driver's License) that you used before. Below is a screenshot of the page you will see.

Various regulations mandate employers to provide training to employees on a variety of subjects.
These programs are designed to provide you with the basic content training on the requirements of the various mandates and are not intended to serve as a total training package. Therefore, in addition to this training, you will be given site-specific information by a person designated by your district or institution to answer any questions you may have about the training and give you site-specific information.
NOTE: If you experience a disruption during your training, i.e. system failure, your computer crashes, loss of electrical power, or if you quit prior to completion of the training, your work is not lost. You will be able to access the training and continue from the point of the disruption.
