You can also set up an RSS feed on your personal page. An RSS feed is a syndicated feed that comes from a website that has updates. Think of a news page like CNN, or a blog which has many posts, or a wiki that gets updated by people, or a site like Delicious, where people are continuously adding new bookmarks. In fact, there are many sites out there that now have RSS feeds. To find one, an easy way to tell is to look in the address bar on Firefox... you will see the RSS symbol.

By clicking on the symbol, it will bring up options, depending on your browser. Select the one that says to subscribe to RSS. In the next screen, instead of actually subscribing to the feed, copy the new URL that it is the address bar.
Then go to your personal page on your Ning. When you are there, go to the RSS pane and click on the edit button.

Where it says URL, paste the address you copied. You can rename it (such as the name of the blog, or "Math links" if it was a Delicious feed of sites bookmarked for math). You can also change how many items will appear, and whether just the title, or a description of each will appear.
Once you click save, the feed will appear in your window and be ready for participants to use. And what is best, it will automatically update as the feed is updated (that is, as the blogger makes a new post, or as someone adds a link to the Delicious account).
