and reach a finding.

"Academy of Reading"
course over the
summer to learn the
program and report
back to the district.
All First Elementary
teachers enroll in a
site-based course to
learn "Academy of
Reading" during the
first quarter of the year.
After the "Academy
of Reading" program
has been instituted at
First Elementary, a
CAR group is formed
to study its effects

A group of math
teachers work together
to research textbooks
and teaching materials
for middle school math
before purchasing new
books.
Ms. Smith enrolls in a
"Care and Prevention of
Athletic Injuries" course
to earn her coaching
endorsement.
